Istron Bay is located on the north-eastern coast of Crete, 13 km from the idyllic harbour town of Agios Nikolaos. Many towns are easily accessible by car or bus. There is a bus stop within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Double Room - Standard - These rooms are located in the main building, with a view of the sea, balcony or terrace.

Please note that standard rooms cannot accommodate any additional children or adults, only a cot (for children 0-2 years old).

Double Room - Superior - These rooms with a view of the sea in the upper floors, balcony or terrace with sunshade and deckchairs for sunbathing. They are larger and have a corner seat with sofa, plus a bathrobe service.

Junior Suite - These luxurious suites are in an especially quiet extra building facing the sea, with either a view of the sea or the garden. They include a sleeping and seating corner with pull-out sofa and are furnished with modern furniture in the Aegean style. There is a balcony or terrace with sunshade and deckchairs for sunbathing.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.50 per 30 minutes.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board is not included and costs EUR 17.00 per person.
