| We had three days of no air conditioning where we battled the personnel as they insisted there was nothing wrong. Finally the entire hotel was without air conditioning. I was supposed to have breakfast included in my package..but yet they somehow took this out and charged me 20 American dollars per each within 9 days. They refused to take it off although I had documentation to prove it. The personnel at check-out were rude and unwilling to compromise. I will never stay there again. Totally over priced for nothing. What a waste!!!!! |

| Beautiful facilities and wonderful service made our stay very pleasant. Between the airport and downtown, so the location is convient. Also, in my opinion, the scenery on this side of Medellin is the prettiest, so the location makes it easy to take scenic trips. |
