Overall, the hotel is a good budjet hotel, and very convenient for business, sightseeing, shopping and excursions to Kyoto, Kobe and Nara. (1007yy) The building is high-rise modern in type with white color that could be a little difficult to find at first as there are a number of surrounding buildings. The hotel is located at Minami Morimachi near Umeda, the north center ofOsaka and is convenient for business and leisure. The nearest station is Minamimorimachi Station of Subway Sakaisuji and Tanimachi Line or Osaka Tenmangu Station of JR Tozai Line, which is only one stop away from Umeda (Osaka Station). There is the longest shopping arcade near hotel. The lively shopping and restaurant area of Umeda is just a ten minute walk away. |

the rooms are medium in size and bright, furnished in a modern and simple style. the bath rooms are also modern designed and kept in good condition.
the hotel has italian restaurant which was opend in 2003 with a variety of creative italian fine dishes.
the lobby of the hotel is small in size. the front entrance to the hotel is very small. thelobby is modern in style with a bright look. there is small check-in counter and seating area here.

| This was a good clean hotel with friendly staff. It was located close a train station , resturants and seven 11 types of stores. I would stay here again as it was a handylocation to stay. The only issue with this hotel was that it seemed to be beside a highway overpass which meant that if you were on the lefthand side of the building you heard traffic all day and night which was loud as it had ambulances, trucks, buses etc. passing all day and night. |

| Place is very easy access to major spot, easy to find and close to supermarket. Overall is a nice place to stay. |

| Hotel was fine. Free Internet in lobby was great. Manager was not so helpful but would stay there again. |

| Very nice, clean and cozzy. Stuff very kind and helpfull. Free internet. I recommend you to have a stop there. |
