The staff was courteous and helpful. The free evening shuttle to Banff town was great.

We got a deluxe one bedroom which meant that there were two queen sized beds in the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout of the condo was very thoughtfully done. The kitchen came with a good sized fridge, and the dishwasher and microwave ovens were very useful. The kitchen was fully equipped so that we just needed to obtain our food. It's a nice distance away from the crowd and noise of Banff. The fireplace was quite cozy.

You don't have a clear view of the mts. from the rooms. There's no AC. I found the beds very uncomfortable even though they had a feather bed on top of the mattress. The sofa sleeper couch in the living room was also very uncomfortable. There was no space to put down any toiletries in the bathroom. Pillows were hard and overstuffed. My initial impression wasn't very good because the paint on the door to my room was all scraped and dinged. But inside it was OK. There's a little general store nearby for incidentals so you don't have to go into town.

Loved this secluded gem. I am a 50 something Flt Attendant and and spend alot of time in Hotels. This one gets my 2 thumbs up . Sometimes you can hear footsteps going up to Condos but other wise lovely. Has a young feel to it
