I said the location was excellent, as while it was a long way from Kowloon and Hong Kong, it was right by the light rail stop, and close to Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and the Wetlands Centre... places which I may never had discovered had I stayed in the city. I shall DEFINITELY return to Hong Kong and stay in Harbour Paza hotels again.

Even though this hotel is an hour away from the a'port or the city it was very peaceful and relaxing. My wife and me liked the park and the shops around the hotel. The staff were very helpful. I would go there again. Anthony P.

For the peak season in HK, this hotel is a great choice in term of price & room as well as facilities. one more think i like abt this hotel is quite not too many people on the street & easy transportation with reasonable price (shuttle bus & KCR). I will be back again to this hotel!!!!

The room was so spacious and clean - the best room we had ever stayed in HK. It was far from the city, but if you want a quiet getaway in HK, this is the spot. The only thing about the shuttle buses, they actually leave slightly before the time they say, so be there a little earlier!

Although far from city, close to all public transportation. Was very clean, lovely rooms, very large, but with hard beds, as they all seem to be in Hong Kong. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys seeing how the locals live and shopping local style. Although I enjoyed the typical tourist shopping, I really enjoyed the shopping and restaurants contained within the two towers of the hotel.

A bit too far from the city but the hotel provided shuttle to the city which made it more convenient. big and clean rooms. Recommended for people who wish toi be away from the busy city.

A great place to stay for a while, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. If I was working in Hong Kong for a while, especially virtual as I do for Boeing now, I would stay here for an extended stay.

I was really thrilled with the hotel. It really seemed like a 4 star hotel at a price more like the fewer star choices. Bed comfy but firm. Kitchenette with big fridge and microwave, free use of nice gym if interested. Pool closed for winter. supermarket next door in mall also a 7-11 close by. Many transportation choices to Kowloon or Hong Kong Island Central on bus routes within block of hotel. Also rail, MTR, KCR system all next door as well. Airport bus E34 from airport to hotle for about 13 HKD Shuttle of hotel nice and quick to lower Kowloon for 18 HKD or Airport for 50 HKD. TV had at least 4-5 English choices with BBC and Nat Geog, Discov. CableNBC and HMC movies. One or two others sometimes in English. Staff super nice with maps and info on getting EVERYWHERE. Couldn't have been nicer.

We marked location as 'average', only because this hotel is away from the centre of the tourist area. However, we did not find this a problem at all - more a benefit. Tim Shui Wai is a 35 minute shuttle bus trip into the suburbs, and is as different as can be from Kowloon and Hong Kong. There is very little traffic on the roads (it's spookily quiet!) and the hotel is attached to a shopping area where you can get some meals at a much more reasonable price than in the centre. A 'Chinese' meal is an experience too - we were the only Westeners, and the original menu was only in Chinese, making selecting a meal interesting. The hotel shuttle bus is reasonably priced ($18 HK to Kowloon) and very punctual. There is also a bus from the airport ($50 HK). We would recommend the hotel too. We had a large room with a seating area and a kitchenette. Ask for crockery and cutlery at the reception, then hit the supermarket for provisions. We'd definitely use this hotel again.

Very nice hotel although 40 minutes by car from the Hong Kong Island. The metro/subway system is just across the street and very convenient to go to all directions in Hong Kong. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, don't let the distance fool you.

very good and nice hotel, superrooms and superpclean. only disadvantage we see: it's a 45 minutes drive fm kowloon, but it's not a bad ride with the hotel shuttlebus as long as you do this outside the rushhours. the hotel itself is highly recommended by us.

If you are paying $450-$600 I think you'll feel like it's a bargain. The normal rate I was later quoted was over $750. The staff are helpful. The facilities are great. The rooms are very nice. Go see the wetland park $HK 30 for adults. 3 stops away by the light-rail in front of the hotel. Shopping connected to the hotel. It is far. Don't forget the value of your time if you are planning on going into HK and back each day. Realistically take off 2+ hours from your day (round-trip) if you doing this. The breakfast buffet really is poor. The worse I've had at a nice hotel in a long time. The omelet had hard carrots and I think peas in it. Clearly frozen veggies.....Yuck....and it isn't free since you are getting a cheap room. (HK$78) Of interest: Intranet is $120 for a 24 hour day in the room. But NOT ALL rooms have it!!!! I was told about the intranet but later found out my room didn't even have a connection. I later changed rooms. Overall- at the above mentioned rate, I would stay again if I'm not pressed for time. It's a quiet area, really nice.
