A lovely, relaxing place to stay with extremely friendly and helpful service. The room was large, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean and the breakfast, which we ate outside in the sun, was rich and varied - the sort of thing that you do not usually get outside a 5-star hotel. We were using it as a base for driving around Tuscany and took a short taxi to go into Siena when we wanted to enjoy a bottle of wine. There's no food at or very near the hotel other than breakfast, though, so make sure you eat before you arrive if you are going to be getting there late.

We loved staying here and wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights. The only part I could not rate as excellent were our challenges in finding the place. We took the #3 bus but didn't have a clue where to get off. I think they are working on this. Good breakfast and lovely sisters. Take their tips on restaurants.

Really nice hotel, good rooms with satellite TV and views of the Tuscan countryside. A free 5 min bus ride into Siena was no problem, but for those wanting to go out late then you will have to use Taxi's, which are slightly pricey. Great pleace to stay if you don't mind being outside of the city walls.

The map showed it was on the boundary of Siena, so we looked just outside the gates of the city, but it was actually a mile and a half further down the road, outside the city boundary. This was very misleading, and instead of walking into the city, we had to drive and park in an expensive compulsory multi-storey car park every time we visited. The hotel people were very friendly and helpful.

Small but a very nice, clean room with very adequate bathroom and shower. Breakfast was more than the average European menu and included eggs and fresh fruit with a variety of "pastries". The home was nicely maintained with a yard including patio tables and chairs where one could sit with a glass of wine. This B&B is outside the city walls so away from all the traffic with a "country" atmosphere but one could catch a bus by walking up the road for not too long of a distance. Taxi is necessary from the train station.

Gabriella was lovely and ever so helpful; she was so willing to please at all times. Unfortunately didn't find other guests willing to be sociable.

Although the hotel was close to the main road (and an electricity pylon!) this proved to be an advantage as it was relatively easy to find, it meant we didn't have to negotiate the city centre by car, and it was surprisingly quiet (we had a room at the back overlooking the garden). It took about 30 mins to walk into Siena - once off the main road this was a pleasnt countryside walk down a well-lit street which runs parallel with the main road. Gabriella and her family are very welcoming, the room was spacious and spotless, and we enjoyed a relaxing breakfast in the garden.

Great little B&B with renovated rooms, nice view of Tuscan hills and friendly staff. Clean rooms, good location if you want to drive around. A little far from Siena(not really walking distance). I would recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay in Siena at the B&B. Location was a little out of the way but it didn't take too long to walk into town (about 25 mins). We were there is in August so it was 30+ degrees but you could choose to catch the minibus instead (about 20 metres up the road). The B&B was great, very peaceful and eating breakfast in the garden was a lovely way to start the day. The rooms were spotless, beds were comfy and the air-conditioning was great. The hosts were very helpful - they called us a cab and allowed us to look up train times on the internet. Good thing about staying outside the city -- no church bells to wake you up early in the morning!

Modern, clean and comfortable B&B within walking distance of the centre of Siena (there is also a regular bus service). Breakfast was good, though watch out for the cold soft-boiled eggs.

I believed we were booking a B&B that was somewhat 'out-in-the-country'. The actual location is just off a busy road and within sight and sound of a highway. That being said, the location was quite convenient to Siena.

Excellent buffet and service. The rooms were spotless and couldn't be faulted. I would DEFINATELY go back and recommend to friends and family.
