| The hotel Columbus Palace is a highly recommendable 3 star hotel in La Paz.
it is centrally situated at the place of the Stadium. there are frequent minibuses to reach the historical centre in a few minutes.
the rooms are spacious and dispose of all the amenities you would expect in a hotel of this class. a special feature of the hotel is its "politica verde" which means that there is an energy saving concept and in general the operation is environment friendly, something which I think is unique in Bolivia. the restaurant is excellent and offers also a variety of vegetarian dishes, which is not easy to find in La Paz. the hotel staff is very friendly and eager to service the client. A very good choice in La Paz with an excellent relation of price and services. |
