The flats are situated in a quiet street at the centre of the city, within walking distance of the city hall, shops, restaurants, bars and museums. You have a choice of either a fully equipped budget flat or a student flat with basic furniture. Every flat has its own equipped kitchenette with fridge and a bathroom. In some cases there is a separate sleeping area.
