It is a nice hotel downtown Siena. The staff is really nice. I needed to leave early in the morning and they served early breakfast just for me. That was really nice. I booked a single room for a night and it was worth the price. Overall I would always stay there again.

The entrance "hall" to the hotel is at first slightly scary - you are not sure whether this could possibly be the right way, but once your at the reception, its all fine!! Lovely spacious room I shared with my sister, everything neat and clean! Breakfast (Continental) was fine! I would stay there again anytime - good central location too!

This was very hard to get to as it is at the top of a steep hill and in a no driving area. The room was huge. The bath room also very large, however when you showered the whole bathroom flooded due to the poor shower curtian.

This was an excellent place to stay for any reason! It was right in the middle of town and the pictures did not even do this room we had justice. I took my mother and sister there and they enjoyed it fully! I DO suggest this as a place to stay in Sienna, and I suggest you stay more than one night.

The Canon d'Oro was a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly especially the evening front desk employee. We got good and reliable recommendations for sites and islands to visit. I would definately return to this hotel on my next visit to Venezia.

Excellent location! Very quiet environment. Very good service. The breakfast facility is small, but manageable.

this was a great place to stay in Siena. The rooms were clean, very large and relatively quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff was very efficient. Location was excellent, a couple minutes from the Campo and the bus station.

Wow! What a location - right in the heart of town, easy walk to everywhere including il Campo and Duomo. Close to the Stadium parking lot - less than 2 block lengths. However, the central location was also a problem - because it stayed noisy long into the night. The walls were also paper thin, because we could hear the people in the next room loud and clear as well as the clinging and clanging of pots and pans in the breakfast area that was across from our room. With the loud partying outside late into the night and the sounds from the kitchen early in the morning, we did not get much rest. Overall, we loved the location during the day but regretted our choice of hotel at night.

This is a 2-star property and it is adequate though the breakfast could be better. Its greatest advantage is its location close to the center of town and the bus station.

There was ALOT of noise at night. The shower shot water all over the bathroom and the shower head did not remain mounted on the wall because it was broken. Bad coffee and toaste in a bad is not a breakfast.
