The Bisonte Palace Hotel was an incredible value at 69.00 per night on the travel website. The hotel was also perfectly located near Florida St., the Galleries Pacifico mall, many tourist sites around Plaza San Martin and good restaurants. As a single traveler on vacation I felt very secure, as in order to get to the rooms you had to swipe a card in the elevators before they would operate. The staff were all very friendly, even the ones who did not easily understand or speak much english. The included breakfast buffet was very good, various egg options, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, breads and toast, sweets (including an excellent pear tart) and coffee, tea, fruit juices (although the orange juice had a "tang" taste). I did not eat in the hotel other than breakfast. I found the bed to be a bit too firm for my taste, but not very uncomfortable. The windows are doubles so street sound is somewhat controlled, but not entirely as the hotel is on a corner and the streets are very busy. The hotel has a safety/lock box area behind the front desk which was very useful. All in all, great location, nice hotel, excellent breakfast and a place where I would stay again.

This hotel is well-situated in an area close to good shopping and restaurants. It is located at a corner which makes is more sunny and open. The staff is attentive and friendly. There are enough English-speaking people at the desk that you won't feel unable to communicate. The rooms are a comfortable and updated. Any American would feel comfortable in the rooms. The sheets are of high-quality and the bedding is adequate for the season. The sheets are changed daily. The closet (walk-in) and bathroom are separated by an open space for dressing and writing on a desk. We will be loyal returnees.

This hotel has cockroaches. I can deal with bugs but the door men are rude and will not allow non guests in very readily. This is embarrassing when you are meeting people who are not staying there such as business associates. They are constantly locking the front doors, even though it is in a safe area of town. The person at the counter would tell you something could not be done and then I went directly to the business office and they handled it right away. If you can deal with living with your parents, the price is good and the breakfasts are better than average.

This hotel location is convenient to the financial district and also for leisure travel. Only three blocks from Florida sty. And 9 de Julio aver. This is a hotel and not a motel. Our room on the 2nd floor was noisy due to vehicle traffic but was moved to an upper floor the next night. Staff is helpful--will call for a radio taxi if you ask. Hotel has one computer with free internet access on the first floor. Bathrooms are clean and well fitted though a bit small. No parking available in the building but there are parking lots nearby. We used taxis as the cost is modest by us standards.
