Hotel was in an excellent location. Beach and centre were close and is located on the main shopping street. Despite the room facing out on to the street the room was really quite. Air Con and bathroom were really good. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel may not have a very good first impression (halls look run down) but would recommend it for weekend stays. Didn't have the hotel breakfast as plenty of options in the area at a much better price.

Had problems accessing the internet during my stay. Hotel staff was helpful in getting a refund for the internet provider. However, paying 13 euros per person per day for breakfast which includes cold scramble eggs, ham, some cheese & breads is a total rip- off.

First of all, those who look after the confort offered by the Best western hotels, I must saythat this hotel lost it's license to use this name. When we arrived we found out that my rezervation was cancelled by mistake, so they wanted to send me to a different hotel. After 45 minutes we got the "superb" junior suite, which we left after one night for reasons I will explain later. The rooms are definitely not 3star, the furniture is oldish, I had to change the juniorsuite with a twin because it's on the last floor, near the kitchen and breakfast room and also the elevator, so starting with 7 o'clock you will be up without any clock.Oh yes, and the roof was made by plastic and when the rain was falling during the night you have to be totally drunk to sleep.Do not be fullished by the pictures! They are made from distance and you can not see how dirty the pillows are.I recommend the Canberra hotel which is close to the beach and it is very nice and has good price for cannes, which is an expansive location.I will never go back again!

Very tiny room (but for the price is good). No big towels in bathroom. Bad smell. Large terrace (we lived in suite on last floor).

Fantastic hotel, right in the middle of everything. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very nice comfortable room looking straight down into one of the main streets but still very quiet considering the incredible night life(couldn't even hear a car crash that happened right outside the window).

The hotel is nice, clean, quiet & the position is great. But, among the services, you quote "private parking". There is no such thing. They only offer a 10% discount at the train station public parking nearby, which is quite expensive for 24h stays(25€). Also I found the breakfast price very expensive, 13€/person for just a small buffet.

What a great location. It is close to the train station, beaches, stores, and restaurants. It was air conditioned and we had a bar fridge.

I stayed at this hotel in early May 2008. This hotel is three minutes' walk away from the station, five minutes' walk from the beach, and next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel room looked as if it were brand-new and the staff couldn't be friendlier. I will recommend this hotel to whomever I know.

The simple accommodation and the excellent location make the hotel the best place to be in Cannes, I will definitely go there again.

I am very angry with the hotel because, though it is more that 10 days since we I left and paid the hotel, the still have a retention in my bank account for the amount that we already paid. That is a lack of respect. Bisedes, they fogat to put the cover to the pillows in the two rooms that we booked.

The receptiopnist couldn't find my reservation, but he helped me offering me a bigger room with the price of the first room from the Venere site.

Well located but breakfast very expensive. We wait for a long time to see our room clean. The location of the hotel is his best.

Hotel was very well located but seem to have a problem with extra pillows and towels. we had 2 rooms and 2 people in both rooms but on both mornings were only given 1 towel and had to chase reception for amother towel.
