The room given was very small and moreover had a common door, i think connected to another room which was very disturbing. Overall it was good but the pricing was high for this room.

The room and the hotel were lovely and clean. The bathroom was very basic but did what it needed to! Easy walking distance of the shopping district of Bhandra. Would stay again.

The Best Western Emerald Hotel at Juha Mumbai is a clean, well-run and friendly hotel. All the staff were extremely courteous and alwasy ready to assist. The complimentary buffet breakfast offered both Western and Indain choices, and was a good start for the day. I recommend this hotel.

Althou the staff was very helpfull and atentive, the hotel itself leave much to be desiere. The room was not confortable, the bed was very hard, much like sleeping on the floor (the pillows were very confortable however).I stayed there to save some money. If I ever have to go back to Mumbai, I problably spend a few hundred more to stay at the Marriot.
