We had a lovely room on the 7th floor, with a balcony! Unexpected having booked on line. The breakfast was listed as continental, but we had cooked as well. Very good value for the price. Nice touches such as a bath and heated towel rails, and a really comfy bed. I would recommend this hotel based on the room that we were allocated

The tourist attraction are about 15 to 20 minutes away by walking. Parking not available in the hotel, would charged you 18EU to park the vehicle in front of the hotel (street side); you can park the vehicle on the same street if parking available. There is a parking meter that you need to utilized when parking. Too difficult to find parking lot around the tourist area. Sunday and after 1700 hrs you don't need to pay fees for parking on the street.

The room was cramped, I could not get the TV to work and was too tired to look for assistance, the breakfast was adequate and served by plesant staff. The restaurant recommended by the porter was excellent.

WLAN access should be included in the price of the room because bussiness travelling without accessing a network is terrible.

Cracked walls in my room, very noisy (even though I've asked for a quiet room) and expensive compare to quality.

We stayed here for one night but found the hotel to be quite nice with a good range of facilities. The hotel is nicely located in the heart of Brussels with just a short walk to the main shopping area and other site seeing areas. I would recomend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable, reasonable priced accomodation.

The hotel was okay, definitely not 4 star, but I wasn't charged 4 star prices, so didn't mind. The room seemed to have been recently decorated and was clean, although it was at the rear of the hotel overlooked buy the fire escape and as such didn't get much natural light. Breakfast was a disappointment, basically bread & jam, with a slice of cheese and a piece of meat. A cooked breakfast and cereals were available at extra cost. Location of the hotel was pretty good, next to the small Botanical Garden with its metro and a 5 minute walk to Place Rogier were you can access any part of Brussels easily.

Pleasant stay. Slightly noisy in the morning due to refurbishing works. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast in the morning with croissants, breadrolls, ham and cheese as well as jams, orange juice and coffee. Not distant from Park train station - just a ten minute walk down Rue Royale.

Small room but clean and quite comfortable. Very nice staff and nice breakfast. We found it good value for money at A$150 per night. They even provided an extra bed for our 7 year old.

The room was very small but clean. The Bathroom really needed a "total makeover". The people in the reception were all friendly and helpful.

A very interesting discount price for a high class hotel. To be recommanded. Well situated, not to far from the historical center of Brussel (1.5 km). The average service is probavly related to an incidental problem.
