The hotel staff very helpful and the hotel location was ideal, right in the heart of Adelaide. The room we had was a bit small, but it was clean and fresh. The only drawback was the view we had which was the hotel carpark. The hotel restaurant was great, with quality food at good prices.

Good for location and the price is reasonable (we stayed for 3 nights). Check in and check out are fast. Front desk personnel are very helpful and very friendly. Will definately recommended to others to stay here.

very good. stayed open a little longer in the restaurant so that we could have some tea. Maybe need to check spare linen in the cupboard. There was a pillow with makeup all over the pillow slip.

It was a bit noisy as we had a room on the North Tce side on the first floor. Apart from that the service was good and the room was nice.

Location was actually very good for me as I would prefer to get in a bit of exercise on the way anywhere. Free tram stop only 200 metres away if desired. Happy to go & stay again, as were other guests I talked with.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and quiet and the free city centre bus stops outside the door. I'd stay here again definitely.

The motel was in a good location, how ever for the price, I felt that we were really only paying for the location, rather than the quality of the motel.

I was unhappy about being asked to pay extra for a space in the very limited car park at this hotel. Nowhere in their advertising does the Hotel mention that there is an extra fee. Also the service in the Hotel's dining room was very amateurish. The waiter spilled our wine as she was pouring it awkwardly into our glasses, and said "Ooops!" and failed to clean up the mess. We were waved in a vague manner to our booked table by the receptionist, not escorted to it and waited too long before our order was taken. The food was average, and overpriced as is common in most restaurants attached to hotels, I find. Otherwise our room was very quiet, clean and serviced well every day.

We checked in on 14th Sep. We were allotted a neat family room. The hotel was unique...a getaway from the busy main road. The stay was rather enjoyable and the friendliness of the staff especially 'Chris' was a bonus (thanks for the queen bed mate). The hotel could have Foxtel installed but thank God the footy semi's were on channel 10 that weekend.!! All in all a great convenient hotel in the heart of the city at an affordable price.
