Hotel located in neighbourhood of Grand Place. Room was quiet (window directed to plaza), clean and furnished with style (sylish wooden furniture, marble in bathroom, lcd rv, radio). Very nice free chocolates non-stop available at the recption desk. Good (and free) coffee/tea facility at reception desk lounge. Breakfast was little bit disappointing - the variety of food was narrow, (it was not a continental breakfast, but I had better breakfasts in some 3* hotels). Also room equipment is worn-out but they are systematically performing renovation (not annoying).

We came in by train late in the afternoon on Saturday and were very pleased with the service we recieved from the young woman at the desk. She took care of all of our needs. SP

This hotel is excellently located being only a 5 min walk from the Central Train Station and a 5 minute walk to the Grand Palace. It is a beautiful hotel that serves an outstanding buffet breakfast. The room was well appointed with effective air conditioning, clean, and a mini-bar. We recommend going to the information office and inquiring about a tour of the Town Hall. If it is given the day you are in Brussels, go 45 min before the tour and purchase your tickets as they only allow 25 visitors. Also enjoy the Brussels museums of Music, Air, Military, and Auto.

Hotel was in a super location right in the centre & beside Central Station. The train has a 1 stop 20min journey from the Airport and costs 3. Breakfast is very average but acceptable.

Very noisy room. The room door to outside didn't shut properly. There was a dumb waiter lift next to my room and it was making noise late in the evening. Other than that it was fine.

Nice hotel with the Best Western mark... well located. A little noisy at night due to activities in the surroundings. Nice staff.

We travelled to Brussels with our grownup children & their partners. We all rated this hotel for its very central location and proximity to excellent bars & restaurants. The hotel was very clean & comfortable and of course the chocolates & free drinks machine in reception were most welcome! We would recommend this hotel & would definitely stay there again as it was extremely good value.

A very pleasant hotel with great staff. The room we had looked towards the Grand Place so we have beautiful views. Easy walking to the heart of this historic area and a good range of food - from the cheap and cheerful to more expensive restaurants.

Hotel is excellently sited for different purposes at Brussels. We did'nt miss anything that belongs to a good stay in a foreign city. What we missed strongly was a cosy guest area, where to read a newspaper or have a drink before or after dinner.

The room was so quite, big and clean. The situation of the hotel is the best near of the principals monuments, shops and transportations. I recomend to everyone who visits brussels. The staff is so gentle and nice. Wonderfull place to stay.

Compared to choices, this was a homerun for value, restaurant options and proximity to the more famous sights, and 3 minute walk to the train station

Hotel muy bien situado a un pasa de la Grand Place. Tuvimos la suerte de tener una habitación en piso alto con vistas de la Grand Place y de gran parte del centro de Bruselas. Buen desayuno y cercano a todas partes. Hemos pasado dos días muy buenos allí

The location was ideal. Our breakfast was excellent although we did still find room for a Belgium Waffle shortly afterwards.
