Breakfast was included and the service provided by the waitresses was awful. My wife dropped OJ on the table and when we called her she grunted and left without cleaning. We had to do it ourselves. Front Desk clerks were helpful, but were not staffed appropiately. Only one person and the phones were ringing, people always in line to check in, others with questions... It was crazy for them. Bathroom was not cleaned well.

For the price it was in a good position, clean and modern. Close to a station and if you enjoy walking it is walking distance to most things. We had a water noise that annoyed us and asked to be moved at 1:30am in the morning and they moved us. The only problem was that the new room had noise from the elevator but it is in an old building, no street noise though.

I wish I knew her name, but the lady at the front desk (short dark hair) was WONDERFUL. She spoke the best English and she was so helpful and polite. She really made my stay memorable. The room itself was fine - nothing noteworthy, but it was clean, quiet and all around a good value. I have been so pleased with the Best Westerns on this trip.

Normally , I would write a few lines, but we were only there for one night, plus got a discount via Venere ...price was 68 euro, but normally its 110 plus!!

the hotel was good, the only thing is that the rooms were a little small, but the location was excellent, the metro was one block away from the hotel, so you could get the main atractions easily... the price was excellent too.

The room had just been repainted... smell of painting. Lot of noise due to renovation work. A lot of customers were complaining during my stay in that hotel.

The people working there was always in a bad mood, expect one Mr. Malik who gave excelent service. There was hair in the beds, and hair in the food, and the "waiter" didnt even understand english when i told him. I've staid on another hotel in Paris before, and it was much better.

Only two problems: malfunctioning of room magnetic key; breakfast not included in the price as seems in the web page.

When I checked in, I was told that my rate included breakfast and next day after breakfast I was told that it was not and I was charged 13 Euros/person for breakfast. Also, it said that it has free Wi-Fi Access, but you still need to pay for it to access.

Generally this was very good accomodation. Main weakness was lack of storage space (drawers) in room.

It is near Metro and this is the only good point. Quality/rate is not good. Consider that breakfast is not included in the price that they provide. I'm not satisfied of services. At same price you can find better hotel with breakfast included. It is a 3 stars but according to me is a 2-- stars E' vicino alla metro il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è buono. La colazione non e' inclusa nel rate che comunicano e i servizi lasciano a desiderare. Allo stesso prezzo si trovano hotel migliori con la colazione inclusa. E' un 3 stelle ma in realta' e' un 2 stelle. Vincenzo
