| This hotel is quite conveniently located: not down-town, but within a block or so of parkways, a freeway and major avenues to the airport, to Hull, or to down-town or cross-town. It's just across the road from a basic but decent shopping center. The rooms are of standard motel-style design but large, and the bay-window really helps give a sense of space. There are better-than-basic in-room amenites including safe and fridge and the standard check-out time was a useful 1 p.m. Even the cooler younger desk staff were helpful, and the more senior staff extremely warm and friendly. There's a web-connected computer - only one - in the lobby, and a tiny bar and dimly-lit restaurant downstairs; short on ambience but all nevertheless useful resources. |
