it's a very beautiful hotel. The location is good but we had a room very small and we could heard the subway during the night so you should choose a room at least in the 1st floor. The service was very bad from the check in until the breakfast but maybe we will try it again.

The hotel and rooms were definitely clean and quite comfortable. Like all rooms in Paris, it's tiny but sufficient for a 2 day stay. Bathroom was clean. We didn't take breakfast option as it was 12 euro per person. Pleasant staff, and overall pleasant. GREAT location - walking distance to sacre coeur and montmartre, and very close to metro.

Staff was friendly, area not to good. The smallest rooms in the world (12x12 if that) we couldn't unpack since there was not enough space to put our luggage. The mattresse was extremely hard, like slepping on the floor. Bathrooms are clean but a funny smell that we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I will never stay there again.

Stayed several times. Excellent location with plenty of 1st class restaurants within short walking distance. Also close very good choices for food from all over (Vietnamese, Japanese, Ethiopian, Italian, Indian, Thai etc) and lots of charming wine bars and traditional french "fast-food" shops. Good hotel pricing via hotelscombined.com while hotels own web offer is on the high side. Not the most splendid breakfast but compensated by very nice atmosphere. Beds are unfortunately sub-standard being hard without a top-matress and only a single sheet with felt/rug material - i.e. not duvet covers! Will despite beds stay again. Swedish Business Traveller

Consigliato.

My mother and I stayed at the hotel for a week while visitng Paris. It is right next to the metro station which gave us easy and comfortable access to the entire city. Lots of little Cafe's and restaurants just around the corner. Don't be scared to ask the staff... they were super nice....The rooms are not huge but just perfect for Paris and it was cozy and most importantly clean..... To us it was the perfect little place to stay for sightseeing, shopping and good eats in Paris!!!

Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, metro-station just around the corner. The rooms are not very spacious, but I guess this is an overall problem in the hotels in Paris, Amsterdam, London etc. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English (my French is rather poor). We did not have breakfast there, as we specially wanted to enjoy the morning coffee in some restaurants/caffes. As we never stay in the hotel room for more than just the night sleep, then it is not important to us that it would be in the city center or very spacious. There was a bathroom, clean towels and sheets, a tv and that was enough for us :).

Best Western Lorette Opera is a really good deal for Paris with a central location and very easy Metro access. Clean too.

This is actually a Best Western franchise now. Room is small, but that's expected in Paris. Slowest elevator I've ever seen! Location is quiet and close to metro; both restaurants across the street is excellent. But service is average, they gave out my room number to someone who called, that's a no-no in the hotel industry. And the baggage storage system is poor, I could have taken anybody's luggage when I left. But overall a nice stay.

We stayed in Nov'07 and Hotel was easy to find (only 2 mins from the Metro station. Public areas were exactly as website, bedroom was a reasonable size (especially in Paris) Didn't avail of breakfast, but food area looked nice. Located in a quiet area but only short walk to the Opera

L'Hotel è molto carino, pulito, le camere sono un pò piccole. E' vicino alla metropolitana quindi è molto comodo per visitare la città.

I booked a double room in this hotel on the basis of previous reviews and the location. While the reviews were accurate enough regarding location, services, cleanliness etc., the room itself was tiny - just enough room for the double bed and for one person to walk around it! I asked for a larger room but was told that they were all the same size. I'm pretty sure the twin rooms are bigger than the doubles and would advise couples to book a twin and move the beds together. Breakfast is average (dilute squash instead of juice) and costs €11 per person. The hotel is within walking distance of Montmartre, the Grande Boulevards, The Louvre etc (about 20-30 mins). The location itself is very quiet with a small metro station (St. George) just across the street and a small but quaint little park beside it. I had an awful meal at the bistro near the metro station but there are a few nice cafes and restaurants in a little square just behind the hotel. Overall, it's a quiet, clean average hotel is a handy location. On check-out they added a extra €2 per night to the price, which was sneaky but not enough to make a fuss over.
