Friendly staff at the front counter but the room was a little small. We had a double but it was just two beds pushed together. The breakfast was nice and htoel was close to the train station which was handy.

A nice basic room for travellers (standard double room with sea view). Show head wouldn't stay in position. Food for free breakfast was enough to fill us up to start the day. It was our honeymoon and my wife loved the view.

The hotel claimed to have been renovated in 2006, but there were lights and fixtures missing. The maids did clean every day and one girl at reception was helpful, but when I realized my itching at night was due to bedbugs, which I saw scurrying away, I became outraged and disgusted. The night concierge did nothing to make me feel better and lied about manager presence. I am very disappointed in this experience.

good area for getting around if the trains weren't on strike - Very small rooms, wouldn't class it as a 3 star, if you like the colour brown you will be happy here, extremely nice staff though

The hotel had just finished refurbishing, is clean and well located - within minutes walking to SCNF Gare (railway station). Bathroom is also clean and well maintained.

I spent only one night at Hotel Best Western Riviera, but I could appreciate overall the location, very close to the railway main station (I travelled by train) and the friendly attitude of the staff. Very comfortable the bathroom and the shower, easy to handle.

This hotel is located nearby the railway station - the rooms are small but as we were only staying overnight it was ok.

Found the hotel very dated and rooms small however the personnel were very helpful and attentive which does make a difference and the linen and towels etc. were clean which is very important.

Bella!!!

Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in but not the best either. In terms of location, room quality and breakfast I could have booked better

We stayed a total of 3 nights at Best Western Riveria. The good: (1) the hotel was located close to the train station - great if you are traveling around the region by trains. (2) We were given a room which looked into the courtyard hence the room was quite. (3) The room was clean and the hotel provided toilettries from Fraganod (which is very nice). The not so good: (1) rooms were small - we had difficulty getting the window doors opened fully and we had to be creative in where we put our luggages. (2) Really small lift to get your luggage to the rooms; if you are travelling with large luggages it's going to be challenging to get to your room. (3) It's a bit of a distance to the old town, but you can take the tram (about 4 blocks away). MUST try the ice-creams at Fenocchio. Just wonderful. It was incentive and reward enough for me to walk the 1km into town and back again.

The twin room was very small (two beds pushed together with very little space around the edges) but the bed was really comfortable and the room was in good order. Breakfast was really good and we could have as much as we wanted. The hotel was also very close to the station which was great for day trips out. The surroundings were a bit seedy at night though it felt perfectly safe. Hotel staff were excellent.

Not a very good position (near the train station with many sex shops nearby). Still you can walk for about 20 minutes to the center / beach. Hard to find a free parking spot. The hotel has an agreement with a garage across the street for 12 euro / day. Neat and well furnished room. Standard rooms for mass tourism. Good quality bathroom with a bath. Nice large lobby downstairs with large TV where people were watching together football.

A decent Best Western in an ideal location... if you need a place close to the train station. We arrived lateat night, so it was nice to be able to come out of the staton turn right, and see our hotel. WARNING!!! BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED! We were coming from another Best Western that did have breakfast included, and ignorantly assumed it was included here. Even when we asked reception what time breakfast was served, they told us the hours but did not say "By the way, breakfast costs 10 euros each." It was a big surprise when we checked out and owed an extra 20 euros! Especially when the breakfast was definitely not worth that! It was a basic continental breakfast with bread and juice, along with a coffee machine. The rooms were clean and quiet, though without wi-fi, which is supposed to be the norm in Best Westerns. Also, staff was not very polite or helpful. Aside from the breakfast thing, they couldn't help when asked to aid in the translation of a train schedule or when asked for advice on what to see in Nice. Overall, nice hotel in Nice if you're only there for a night or are getting in after dark. Otherwise, go toward the water and find something better.
