It was great to pay US$70 to have been upgraded to the next higher level. I guess without the upgrade it would still be good but not as nice. Food wasn't good at the Chinese restaurant. Peanuts and crispy stuffs at the congee section for breakfast were quite a bit soggy or tough. On the whole it's not the kind of attention to details you would expect from an average 5 star hotel but for the price I paid it was more than acceptable.

I stay here all the time when I am in Shenzhen. The location is good...next to the Railway Station and Border crossing to HK.

This is a hotel value for money. Breakfast is good and room is spacious. Located near the Hk customs is one of the reason why i enjoy staying Value for money

The Chinese restaurant food was not great. The order in which the dishes came was confusing as we were given our rice last. Iced water was a dilemna to order but eventually was fine. Lovely hotel...staff very helpful but maybe there could be a few brochures of places to visit and shop for the tourist in other languages available on request. Enjoyed first experience in Shenzhen and will be back to this hotel. Thanks

I use this hotel a lot. Cleaning people are kind of "not detailed"...but the rooms are livable...not complaining a lot about this! Chinese restaurant is good and quiet...not like your typical Chinese restaurant where the din is really disturbing! There's ballroom dancing on the first floor during the weekends ... for 80 Rmb you could have lots of fun if you dance! The biggest advantage this hotel has is its proximity to the Shenzhen Train Station!

Even if this is a 5-star hotel...It needs total renovation, room rates should be cheaper. However inspite of poor cleanliness & facilities , customer service & location are ok

The hotel is clean and comfortable for its price. However there is no well equipped gym. You don't need to bring your swimming suit and running shoes. You will find how it's funny.

The rooms were generally clean, however, the carpet in the room was very dirty and stained.

Always great to return to best western felicity shenzhen. This trip there was three in the party and the hotel had placed 3 of everything in the room did not have to ask for any extras, very pleasing. Will be back.

We stayed here twice. The 1st time in a standard room and the 2nd time in a deluxe which was only slightly more expensive but well worth the upgrade as the bed was comfortable - a rare highlight in China accomodation.

Front office staff are impolite and unattentative. Location is not convenient to eateries and shopping areas. Certainly not a 5-Star retade hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very impressive and very comfortable. Chinese restaurant was somewhat expensive. I will use this hotel for all future visits to Shenzhen.
