Not near to railway station and city center. The hotel has excellent furniture and bathroom. Breakfast was very good too. I recomend this hotel to those who don't want to pay much but want to have a good room and food and can go some distance to the city center.

Very conveniently located (10 min walk or 2 bus stops away from Central Station/air terminal). Rooms are large, well lit and comfortable. On line prices are reasonable. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Pity the prices are pushed up during fair times. We booked for a larger party but four pulled out because of the costs - with the strength of the Euro it was beyond a mature student's budget. For the three that came it was a good experience. the map could have been clearer for those coming from the station on foot.

A pleasant place to stay - clean, friendly staff, helpful. City centre is walkable (without luggage) but regular buses (27A,B or C) make it a good location. We had much trouble finding the hotel and how to get there. We rang the hotel from the station to make sure they had our booking which they could not find. However as they said they had vacancies we made the trip. We asked about our booking at the desk and yes they did have our booking made through Venere. After that the service was very good and they upgraded our room at no extra cost.

I loved this hotel. It was purpose built and had every amenity you could possibly need. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that it was a 30 minute walk away from the tourist areas but this could easily be travelled by bus. The hotel was located in a quiet leafy residential area. I would definately stay here again and it has also made me consider Best Western Hotels for future trips.

A modern hotel in a quiet area, excellent place to explore the city, with the frequent bus No. 27 you can get to downtown quickly (6 stops). We actually walked home in the evening. Good advantage is the free carparking (many hotels charging 13 Euro for this). I recommend it.

The hotel was very beautiful, I had only breakfast and it was very good! the room was small but very clean and beautiful. To go to the city centre you have to take the bus but it takes only few minutes. I recommend this hotel!

this hotel is hard to find at night but with your back to the bus station you face a crossroads, big arch to left, take road to right, up to top, 15mins walk (€10 taxi)through park, straight on, hotel sign on right. excellent hotel, spotless clean, v easy for accessing everywhere once you find it.bologna not amazing but take local train to florence, amazing day out

Overall, a very nice hotel for the price with extremely friendly staff (nowadays, often a rarity in Italy). Only two minor complaints: (1) The hotel is a little difficult to find. Better maps and turn-by-turn driving directions would be much appreciated. The hotel is not far from the train station, but is a fair hike (esp. in summer heat) to the center. There is, however, a bus (#27) that runs very nearby and is quite convenient. (2) Noise from adjoining rooms is VERY noticeable. Woe to you if you get a couple with a crying baby next door, as we did. From above and from the sides you hear the TV, conversations, and every footfall. This is the only real downside to this very modern and well run little hotel.

Excellent english speaking lady at the desk, found the directions to the hotel confusing, a better map is necessary. Accomodations were outstanding for a 3 star hotel. Distance (walking) to old town was near a mile.
