Excellent accomodation. What you see in the photographs of the B + B Best panthenon website is exactly what you get. It is very modern and clean. The breakfast in the morning delivered to your room is enormous and the variety and qulaity of food is great. Free internet was and added bonus. Central location was ideal. We had some misgivings when we arrived outside the main street access on what was our first trip to Rome. However the exterior of the main building belies the wonderful accomodation on the first floor (B + B Best Panthenon has four rooms on the first floor). Excellent value for money

this hotel is in excellent locale and is very modern and efficient...no interaction with other guests occurs as you are served breakfast in your room...facility is only 4 rooms and has one narrow hallway connecting them..locks and access are all electronic...if you want interaction stay away...but: you are two blocks from Pantheon, close to Plaza Navona and Campo di Fiori, can walk easily to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and tons of restaurants and shops...one mile to Colisseum (an easy walk)...negative: hotel is a tenant in a large building and access is only if someone is there to meet you and they were not there so we had to call them even though we had emailed them twice we were coming and were there at time indicated....and entry is up several stairs so you need to carry luggage...great locale to do anything and go anywhere and double paned windows worked well as it fronts a busy street but that gives you access wherever you need...do not miss Il Fornaio on side street as it is best bakery and deli ever encountered

Welcoming was just ... inexistant. The girl was nearly rude....it's a shame with such a nice place. We couldn't pay with credit card because there was no machine and the line was "off" to call the other B&B!

Perfect location, clean and nice room, helpful staff, and wonderful breakfast. Great place to stay with a toddler, exept we had to carry the buggy 2 flights of stairs. Our two-year old especially enjoyed there beeing av DVD-player and flat-sceen TV in the room so she could watch her Teletubbies...

The room itself was really clean with new furniture. The bathroom is also clean with the exception of some of the tiles in the shower. The two negative things that we came across were: breakfast is only served between 8 and 9:30 am .... sometimes they will push it to 10am and the second thing is that you have to be out of your room by about 1030 am if you want it to be cleaned for that day. The service is okay... we had asked the housekeeper to confirm a taxi for us the day before we were leaving... however, it never showed up... so we were late getting to the airport for our flight. It always seemed like the housekeeper was in a rush. I must admit that this was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast, so maybe we are accustomed to hotel service.

A great location ... almost everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. We took a cab to the Vatican, but we could have easily walked. It was just really hot that day. The breakfast is really good (and huge!) and is delivered to your room everyday. The only drawback is that it is hard to find this property and you have to tell them in advance what time you are arriving in Rome.

Good place and would stay there again. Only slight problem was that the room we had faced out onto a main road so there was a little bit of noise, but like I say, if this doesn't bother you, GREAT location... and very nice room.

Ditto to all the great reviews you will read about this hotel. Only one word of caution though. I had used one of the bathroom towels to wipe up a food spill. Since it was now too dirty to be used as a hand towel, I left it on the bathroom floor the next morning (to indicate the towel should be changed out). Later that evening, we returned to our room to find the housekeeper had hanged it up on the towel rack as though it were a fresh towel. Out of curiosity I repeated this the next morning, this time folding the towel so that the food stain was clearly noticeable. She hung it back up again! So don't assume your towels were changed each morning - you'll have to specifically ask for it.

that place is really different from every B&B we went in Italy. it is located in the most central part of Rome so that you easily rech the main monument on foot. The owner and his staff are precious for their suggestions and the breakfast is special!

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Best Pantheon in June of 2008. The B&B was situated in a fantastic location, within minutes of the Pantheon. The breakfast offered was one of the best we experienced whilst in Italy, with fresh produce and excellent coffee served daily. I'd recommend that by catching the train to Termini and then transfer on one of the buses to Largo Argentina stop would be the easiest way of arriving. The B&B is hidden away behind a big set of wooden double doors, so keep a careful eye out for it when you arrive. Some people have complained of the noise, but I thought that the double glazed windows kept the room very quiet at night. Free internet was a nice extra too.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are looking for a quiet place. There is street noise, but we were able to sleep. It is very clean, and the bed is more comfortable than others I have slept in in Italy. The shower was big in comparison to most in Italy. We felt safe and comfortable here. Free internet access and fantastic breakfast is a plus.
