Very centrally located hotel next to the railway station. Rooms are small but well equipped. One very small elevator. In principle Internet is available to the guests through a PC in the lobby (about 5 euro per hour), however only before noon. According to the staff “the Internet is closed” for the rest of the day.

My husband and I stayed one hot night. Air conditioning quit working at midnight, opened a heavy window that almost fell on my head as the top hinge was broken off, only to listen to a drunk throwing up in the alley until we had to close the window again. Toilet seat broken. Staff was so rude and un-helpful, we couldn't believe it. Internet was 10 euros per hour. Then my husband forgot a new pair of slacks and we called the next day but some staff member had stolen them. Not a pleasant place at all. Definately more like a 1-star. We stayed in 2-star hotels 10xs nicer than this joint. The only saving grace was the wonderful breakfast and happy chef.

Perfect for an overnight stay, visible from the central railway station and easy to find, the Duomo is a few Metro stops away.

The room was very small and located directly on a busy street. The fan appeared as though it may fall off of the ceiling and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work, so we opened the window, but there was a lot of noise outside so it was hard to sleep. That said, the room was fine and it was one of the least expensive places of our trip throughout Italy and the breakfast was good. Also, the proximity to the Milano Centrale train station was a plus. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Was a good stay for how long I was in the hotel, very helpful staff at reception and in the b'fast room. That made the difference . Great location for whatever you want to do in Milan. Not the Ritz but the prices are also not 5 star! Will return.

everything about the hotel was as thewebsite the staff were welcoming and helpful. Ample breakfast at the hotel. The location of the hotel in comparison to the central station was great straight from the station to the hotel no problems. Ideal location for weekend break. Tv in the room was ample but there was a lot of porn. metro station just round the corner to.

the photographs shown of the rooms are very misleading. they always show you the best room, but when you actually go there, you are given a much smaller room. The bathrooms are very small, and the hotel in Rome, Montecarlo, the shower area was so tiny you had to step in sideways...heaven help a fat person.! The second time we went there on our return to Rome, they gave us their best rooms which was double the size and a better bathroom with tub/jacuzzi. These are the rooms generally all hotels show on the net. Overall I found Venere a very good site to book my hotels on and would do so again.

We found the Bernina very friendly, efficient and good value. It is very central for sightseeing both on foot and by the metro and other public transport. Also, there were some very good eating places nearby.

It was awfully when personnel didn't allow me that my children to help me to lift my laggage in my room. It was not possible that my child to come to see me in my room. I've never been it so unfriendable situation. I think it will be able to choose the better hotel with more friendly personnel.

All information and services provided corresponds with online information available. To better orientation the place of hottel could be indicated more correctly. Rooms good, all facilities working. Some unconvenience for quiet visitors could be rised by noise from stairs and neighboring rooms during the night. Breakfast is good enough. Hotel situated in good place with good possibilities to travel around as well as to and from airport. I'll choose this hotel if I'm going to visit Milano again. Opening of La Scala was great and we are very satisfied.

My rate is low because two things : 1) Hall porter and night porter had very bad attitude. 2) Air condition, out of order.
