The breakfast room with its winter garden and roof terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel affords a wonderful view of the pilgrimage church, Maria Plain. The Toscana restaurant next door offers fine Italian specialities, and in summer-time, guests can eat outside in the Garden. Coffee and drinks are served in the tastefully decorated hotel lobby.

| The hotel room was very clean, the bathroom was excellent and the beds were comfortable. I would stay there again but I would prefer that breakfast was included in the price. For the price you pay per night, there are plenty of other nice places that cost a similar amount and include breakfast. Two people at 10 Euro's each for breakfast would take the cost up to almost 100 Euro for a nights stay for two people with breakfast. The hotel was lovely, but you could find a fancy hotel that includes breakfast for 100 Euro per night. For those on a budget there is a supermarket 5 minutes walk down the road where you can buy breakfast on the go. |

| The hotel is stated to be a 4 star hotel, but the facilities were compared to a 2 star hotel. Hotel needs re-furnishing. |

| Scam for breakfest - 20 Euros - indicate included. Female manager very rude - "that is the price that is life " No one there after 10 pm - Parking a car was a problem. Staff very rude. never stay here again !! |
