| We were disgusted at this accomodation, it was a complete rip off. The owner pestered us at every oppotunity. We were given 2 tiny towels for a 4 night stay, bed was never changed or made, the bathroom was grotty and shared not only with other guests but with the owners too. Breakfast was at a set time, so when we went out early on excurions we did not receive breakfast at all, and when did have some it consisted of a bread roll and strictly one cup of cold coffee.The location wasn't great at all. Overall we were left feeling pretty cheated, for 90 euros a night you expect much, much better than this. Not recomended at all. |

| We planned to write you about this B&B. We were VERY disappointed as, in your WEB site, we booked a *** stars B&B. In the reality, this B&B is NOT a *** stars but only a ** stars one at the same price as the Andromaco hotel in the same street which is a *** star hotel with a private swimming pool. The B&B owner told us Venere is not telling the actual classification and Venere for him is the only responsible entity who has to handle this situation. Moreover this B&B was supposed to be with air conditionned but it was BROKEN so the night we spent in this bedroom was awful (about 50 degree ...!). To illustrate also our complaint, we can also describe the breakfast we had : small coffee / industrial jam / industrial white bread / sugar missing / one small piece of butter. Despite this situation, we have had to give the planned 90 € per night. We DO suggest you remove this address from your site unless we will not be confident when visiting it. |

| I got a very spacious room with a wonderful view of the castle. The owners were friendly and helpful. The shower was a bit small but wasn't a big problem. The bus terminal wasn't exactly just around the corner (about 15 to 20 minutes on foot) but not very complicated to get to once you know the way. Overall, it was a very nice place and I would love to stay there again. |
