We are a familiy of 4 people, the boys are now 12 and 15 years. We have travelled different places in Greece for the last 10 years. We were aware that because Hotel Anny was situated away from the sea, we made a depend that the hotel should have a good pool for the boys. We were assigned to at room in the basement, smelling disgusting of sewer and moisture, the interieur was very worn out and the room was situated beside rubbish. The pool was unacceptabel dirty and the poolbar was hided behind boards. We went to the reception, we complained about the room and after some time, we were assigned to another room, also in the basement and not better than the other room. We are not just a young couple, we have 2 children to take care of and this condition we just couldn´t do to them. The result of a lot af phonecalls: the manager of the hotel refused to pay us our money (515 euro) back. Instead he offered us 2 nights at his hotel Anny in Perissa. We waited for several hours to get a transport by the hotel bus from Messaria to Perissa. In Perissa, we were assigned to a room like the one in Messaria, in the basement, with coakroaches, worn out interieurs, a rusty refrigerator who couldn´t close and the drains were clogged up. We stayed only one night and for the rest 6 days of our holiday we had to pay for another hotel. On the internet the describtion says: "If you want your holidays to be comfortable and luxurious, our hotel will surely meet up to your standards. Marvellous swimmingpool, rooms with seaview". We were aware that Anny only has 2 stars but we chose it because of the text and when we read the hotel rewiews made by guests, we remarked that a family with children had been satisfied with their stay at Anny. We are aware about the cancellation policy, but we didn´t just cancel without having been at the hotel. We payed for our stay at the start of our stay instead of at the end as told by the internet. The fa

Simply disgusting, nothing was clean, we had to put our feeds in plastic bags to be able to go in the shower. The cloths and pillow where not cleaned, but only ironned. There where still hairs in the bed. Avoid to go there if you can!!!

We were very dsappointed by the hotel: it is expensive for the quality: the room was dirty (especially the bathroom), the swimming pool awfull and there are no breakfast. Furthemore it is not very well situated.

Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente! Unico "neo" la piscina, poco utilizzabile. Ma non si può avere tutto. Ci tornerei!

This hotel provided value for money and was well located near the capital. Travelling with three children, the 'family' room was a little small but on a positive note it had a swimming pool. Don't expect more than a couple of slices of bread and spread for breakfast. Overall though you are in Santorini with all its natural beauty, this hotel provides excellent value for money.

Venere does not really have a map location for this hotel. One does need to rent a vehicle to get around Santorini. However, Anny Hotel does have a bus shuttle from the port (free) and to the port (a charge). The hotel itself seemed a bit run-down though adequate. Not much for breakfast.

We only stayed for one night, but we had rooms with wonderful ocean views. This was a nice surprise as they could have given us rooms on the street side which would have been much louder. For the price we couldn't have asked for more. It's a good place to stay for one or two nights.
