Close to circular quay and the harbour bridge was just what we wanted and we were keen to travel the harbour from there. It was a great local, but the dinner was also great (saturday night buffet). Nice work from all the staff to make our stay enjoyable.

My girlfriend and I arrived in Sydnet knowing the main hotels - all of which were booked out - I am so glad - we found a jewel that Sydney should stand up and applaud. Romantic, delightful, quiet yet close. This hotel made our trip - Well Done

Fantastic location for being able to walk to everything. Very central. Harbour views limited but pleasant. Beds really comfy. Shower was needing a scrub as it was starting to grow. Daughter of 10years loved it.

Extremely impressed with this hotel in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Staff (doormen, porters, reception) all very friendly and helpful. Decor in rooms very modern and pleasing to the eye. Comfortable bed. No obvious street noise. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice, comfortable and within walking distance of the opera house, the rocks, and in the middle of downtown. The indoor pool was heavenly with jacuzzi and sauna. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. Rooms all seem updated and quiet. Great location with reasonable price. In all, I would highly recommend staying here. You can even bood your tours with the front desk

Close to Wynyard Station - less than 5 mins... so convenient for getting to and from airport and to other points around the city. Close to Circular Quay, the Rocks and the Bridge. Getting pricey during the week tho'

Friendly staff, fresh appearance (of hotel) and close to all major inner city tourist destinations, worth a look.

The issue that I had with this hotel was that I thought room service was a bit on the expensive side (especially when you had to add in another $5 + dollars to get it delivered to your room), for food that was on the average side. However the major issue I had was in relation to the charges they levy for phone calls - had rather a nasty shock after making 2 phone calls and being hit with a $120 charge. The hotel should be more up front about their billing of calls and rates etc. All bills should also show the start and end time of calls, and total minutes as there is no way for a guest to verify that the charges are actually acurate. Overall enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but the bill for phone calls was definitely a downside.

Customer service was faultless. Location fantastic for Circular Quay end of Sydney. Room was small however very clean. Internet was free but very slow. Great bathroom yet unusually big for the size of the room. Comfy beds. Good price. Overall very impressed and will be using again

location is excellent, central to everything. For the price to get a long deep bath is an extra bonus. city views from the 26th floor were great. staff were friendly and accommodating. However check all the lights when you arrive, several lights/lamps in the room were not working, engineering did come the next day to check and fix. I would not hesitate to use the hotel again very reasonable rates.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It is a short walk from Wynyard Station along an underground shopping arcade and is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Circular Quay, The Rocks, The Opera House and Harbour Bridge. We had a deluxe king room on the 20th floor. It was very spacious, comfortable, clean and away from the noise of the busy streets below us. Although at $33 the breakfast was expensive it was very comprehensive, good quality and very filling. The staff were very curtious, helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider using the Amora again.

My favourite place to stay in Sydney, very clean, friendly staff, some of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. I love the indoor pool, spa and sauna, a little getaway in the middle of hustling bustling Sydney! I'll be back....

The room was spacious, however food was expensive and it would of been great to have better coffee in the room, not just instant. Otherwise service was fantastic.
