As a hotel that is located not far from Perth's CBD it is an exceptional hotel for the people that are travelling and don't want to be too close to the city life. i enjoyed my stay at the hotel and plan on going back there next time i visit Perth!

Well located in CBD and only 10 min walk from Northbridge. Room was very spacious and luxurious. Thoroughly recommend this hotel as a place to stay when in Perth.

Basic but for the price very reasonable. Had two free movie channels which was a nice surprise.

The hotel desperately needs refurbishing. It lost a lot of its glory. Time for renovation! It is ashame that the parking is not complementary.

Not the cleanest hotel I have stayed in, reception gives you a false hope for the hotel. Breakfast was excellent value, not bad if you are only staying for a night or 2, would not recommend for longer.

1. Reception staff were most helpful and very charming and accommodating. 2. No food or drink facilities in the hotel after 8.30/8.45 pm. Not impressive. Had to go to the hotel across the street for food at 9.10 pm on a Sat. night for a 'heat and eat' meal, which was very average. 3. Bathroom was cleaned but it did not look like anything had been moved on the counter tops. Tissues not checked and ran out.

Good value. Arrived at 2 am but reception helpful and quick. Room had fridge and coffee making facilities; handy. Room also had bath and separate shower; unusual. Rooms clean and modern but watch out for those castors under the beds; you could take-off when jumping into bed!!

Only complaint was that the fridge was indeed in need of defrosting. Would recommend hotel for its locations and friendly staff at reception.

Generally good for the tarrif. It could do with a bit of a facelift. The staff were all very good at their jobs and very helpfull when asked anything. Located approx 15 minutes walk from the center of town.

The Ambassador provided all the facilities we wanted and hoped to expect for our 5-day stay in Perth. The room was adequate, the air conditioning was efficient on a very hot day, there was plenty of hot water, though the taps all leaked which is not so good in these days of water shortage. The location was excellent with plenty of bus services right outside the hotel.
