We were there for one week and they never vacuumed the room, apart from that they were very good.

Could not get over how expensive the drinks and food were. High class restaurants in Perth are better value for money.

The Resort was just gorgeous. The location was great, backing onto a wonderful stretch of beach that was very private and secluded. The service was very sharp and the staff very helpful. We loved our stay here and will gladly recommend others to the resort.

Excellent hotel but needs to be refurbished as soon as possibile! The hotel's retaurant is too quiet and does not attract too many people. The hotel requires in house entertainment. It feels too quiet!

Stunning complex. Spacious welcoming lobby. The property is well set out with lovely gardens and ponds. Great facilities - indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna., Rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a 2 brm apartment. Ensuite in main brm was very large and had a Spa bath. Only complaint would be the mattress was not very comfortable. We only stayed one night and did not address this to the management. Would highly recommend this resort. Well positioned - a short stroll to the beach and a five minute drive into the town centre. Will definitely stay there again.

We found using [website] made it much more affordable for us to stay an extra night. the hotel itself is very nice. the only thing we found that might be prohobitive for some guests is the prices in the cafe, especially for breakfast. other than that we were very impressed with the facilites and enjoyed ourselves immensely

The Resort is a blend of time share and hotel. The buildings will need some refreshing over the next 5 years. The three pools were impressive and with all the facilities is a great place for families. The dining room was undermanned on the night we were there but the food was good. All in all great value for money.

Stayed one night (a Sunday) at Abbey Beach resort. It is very nicely laid out and very attractive. Check-in was quick, efficient and friendly. The room (a "studio") was large and comfortable with a balcony overlooking one of the pools. It had a kitchenette, TV, DVD player and VCR and a little CD stereo. There was a nice big spa in the bathroom, though we didn't use it. There is one restaurant (which was closed) and a cafe, which was good. Breakfast in the cafe was slow, due to the shift manager/waiter being new and not knowing the system. (Some more training or backup was needed). Facilities included three pools (one indoors), a gym and sauna. The resort is located is a fair way out of Busselton, but right on the beach. You really need your own wheels to make the most of a stay in the area. A one night stay at Abbey Beach was a bit wasted - this is the sort of place you want to spend a while, relax and unwind.
