Overall good value for a two bedroom unit, albeit it is a litle tired and dated. Easy walking distance to City centre.

The website leads you to believe this is a 4.5 star hotel, with a lovely italian restaurant & bar. On check in there was an empty, dirty shell of where a restaurant once was. The room itself had stains on the carpet and bedding, and chips & marks on the walls. The general decor & cleanliness of the building was poor. There is a nightclub under the apartments which plays loud music - which can be heard from some rooms. The lift doesnt always work.

Absolutely over-priced accommodation.Except for one staff member on the front desk they were very offhand. When our towels had not been changed one day we got a lecture from the male person on the front desk about putting towels on the floor which was where they were placed. This person obviously thinks he is far more important than any customer

Very good accommodation - washing machine etc. Walking distance to mall. Close to tour transport and free cat buses. Would recommend this.

The more expensive apartments have the cheaper studio apartments air conditioner units located on the balcony which means that when they are switched on to heat/cool you will get all of their noise right next to your bedroom, also huge a/c unit on building opposite runs all night.

We were very disappointed with Aarons All suites because when we arrived I asked where we could park our car the response was "we don't have car parks, so you'll have to leave it in streets" that was sort of ok - then we got our room, we go up there and it hadn't been clean from the last person. So we go down and told them it needed to be clean, they then looked for another room but said it was all booked out, we will call housecleaning. So then we went out got some food and came back, when we got back they gave us another room (apparently they weren't booked out!) so we go to this new room, it smelt like wee and the bathroom wasn't that clean, but we just stayed there. the next morning at 6am the fire alarm went off so we all had to evacuate which we understand and it wasn't their fault but all I can say is when we checked out an appology would have been nice. It diffanently is not a 4 star hotel in my oppinion.

Staff were not very friendly or helpfull. Fire alarm went off three times in one morning resulting in us having to evacuate the building each time a false alarm.

2 bedroom apartments was very stuffy. Extremely noisy and hallway littered wth cigarette butts and half eaten food. Air conditioner not effective and dining are WAY too small. Not suitable for stays more thank 1 night.

Generally the hotel location was quite ideal in so far as distance to Hay Steet Mall was concerned. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was not an issue. The only limitation was the availability of hotel's own car parking facilities. The hotel does not have its own car parking facility and therefore patrons to the hotel had to find their own public car parking lots and between 0800-1730hrs, except weekends and public hols, the parking charges are A$2.60 per hour. Otherwise my stay at Aarons was quite pleasant.

It was a pleasant surprise to find such a modest and adequately well equipped hotel right in the heart of the city.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean with good facilities. Location was not to far to walk to either the shops or the river. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay and value for money.

Well appointed apartment in the heart of Perth's CBD. Staff very helpful & responded quickly to each of my problems as they occurred - it was no trouble for them to hold my excess luggage while I travelled up to Exmouth for my 10 day holiday. They responded quickly in fixing my power blackout - the receptionist arrived with ladder & torch in hand before resetting the circuit breaker which had switched off when I turned on the stove's rangehood whilst cooking my dinner. And upon checking out they happily organised my airport transfer for later that evening & held my luggage again so I could spend my final day exploring Perth & Freo one last time. Excellent service all round - thank you girls!

The common areas, hallways etc look dirty as the carpet is stained. The walls are marked and grubby. Housekeeping one day face washers were changed and the bathroom cleaned the next nothing appeared to have been cleaned in the bathroom I won't stay there again.

This hotel had some bad comments from previous guests other than the lift and corridor needing refurbishment (in other words looked worn out and old) on the floor that we stayed on It was clean with plenty of additional in room items like a Micro wave and various other kitchen items that many other low cost hotels don't have

Very average hotel. Its more close to 3 star facility rather than 4 star being tagged on the website. So beware. Everything was pretty much average. I would not stay here again.

We stayed for 1 week. Housekeeping was almost non existant. The 2brm apartment was very small and the 2nd bedroom didn't have any windows. I think it was a little overpriced for what you got.

Booked a 1 bedroom apartment with an extra bed, which the website stated was an option. ROLLAWAY bed was unsafe to use and broken, resulting in me putting the matress on the floor to sleep. Asked reception for an extra pillow, and was informed that due to all rooms being occupied, no extra poillows were availible!!
