First, the location provided on the web site is NOT correct: you have to walk about 600m from the main train station (while on the map it is shown much more closer) and the property is located on the OPPOSITE side of the street (while on the map it is on the same side as the train station). Both the room and the breakfast were OK but beware for leaving the room before 10:00 (otherwise you will be charged 50% additionally) and for leaving your luggage after checkout in the public areas (no one will take care on it and no one will be responsible for any lost).

The location was good, very close the hbf station and not too far from Marienplatz. A good price for a nice room. My only complaint was the noise from the street.

Free parking was mentioned in the hotel description, but the parking facilities were extremely poor. The staff of the hotel were not welcoming at all and didn't help at all in resolving our parking which was paid. Instead they charged us $50.00 more saying that they would park our car and take care of everything but they did nothing.

This hotel is a good place because its near to the centre of the city, but it is a very simple hotel. The breakfest is okay, but there are not much posibilitis to eat.

Excellent Hotel to visit Munich, close to central station and bus lines, but extremely quiet (most of the rooms and not in front of the main road). Public areas are poor, breakfast is a little bit "crowded", but is OK if you don't expect a luxury hotel. The only remark is the extra price (2,5 euros) if you pay with credit card, that should be displayed on the web info.

it was not written in the venere details for payment that using credit cards had a surcharge on showed prices. i dont like this kind of behaviour. check in is not 12.00 noon, but 2.00 p.m., another incorrect information from the website. above all it's a good location and good quality vs. price.

There are actually 2 locations for this hotel in Munich. The address displayed on this website is the one I went to, only to learn that my reservation was at the other location. I had to walk a very long distance in the rain. The Hotel is also a hostel so there are lots of young people who stay there and lots of Americans. I booked this room during the Oktoberfest and was given a double room, although my online reservation showed as a single. It was a very large room.
