| Nice staff, our room needed renovating. Beautiful dining room (art deco style). Close to Kudamm and Savigny Platz. |

| Very nice hotel with its own personality. Clean and safe, good area and handy for public transport. Reception staff could have been a bit more helpful, but on the whole it represents good value for money. |

| The location of the hotel is very good. You are not far away from the Zoologischer Garten and have bus stops and train stations at walking distance. The breakfast is served with a good variety of fruits, cheese, bread and salami. Reception personal would vary from very friendly to slightly unfriendly. |

| The room was not ready when we arrived and we did not get the wanted room. The safety box was not in order. The remote control the TV was not in order. There were no information about the hotel/room price TV-programs etc in the room. No information about how to make a fire alarm. No telephone number to the alarm central. No telefonnumber information at all. |

| Hotel has quite good position, close to the metro station. The breakfast is ok, the rooms are quite spacious. What I didn't like is the smelt of smoke in the room, and rude of the noise of the street that wake me up in the morning.. But they have rooms overlooking the yard |

| A good hotel loction for sightseeing in berlin, and free to use the internet in lobby. Hotel staff are very friendly. The cold meat buffet breakfast is very nice. Be aware that no minibar / boiling pot in room for drinking water or tea. Remember to buy drinks before return to hotel daily. |

| The room we received to sleep in was nothing like what we thought we had booked . The photo on the brochure or the photos on the internet showed a big pleasant room with large windows. Quite disappointing our room and the only view we had was onto the courtyard that had the dustbins. |
