The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the staff are not well trained and they need more to enable the hotel to run. We had 4 rooms before we had one with air-con working and the evening meal was a shambles from the service to the quality of food. The bill was wrong but it took so long and so many people were waiting we just paid. The staff were lovely just badly trained and not enough of them, we balme the group. The customers were laughing it was so bad......... Good position for the airport

Not located in easy walking distance of Tourist Pisa but well worth the €7-8 taxi fare or direct bus ride.

We arrived very late 11pm, but no bar open or anything at all to eat. we were advised that there was a restaurant "down the road" but after a 20 min walk this was also closed. Room was lovely though, very contemporary and clean. Breakfast good but again service poor.More a business than holiday hotel

Receptionist was not very helpful. Hotel is a bit far from center but there's a mall right next to it so it was quite convenient for us. The room smelled a bit funny but seemed clean. Everything in minibar was free so it was a very nice surprise. Kitchen staff prepared us breakfast-to-go as we had to check-out very early.

The Hotel is far from Centrum, there is a bus, but the last one is at 8 in the evening from town, which make "a night at town" extra expensice, you have to take a taxi.

Excellent Hotel, modern rooms. Only 10 mins to Leaning Tower of Pisa in car and airport. Hotel has free car park also.

The industrial location was very poor, with nowhere else to eat in the vicinity other than driving into Pisa. There was no bar in the Hotel for drinks before the restaurant opened. The air-conditioning did not work and no one was really bothered. I speak Italian but this did not help! Not value for money.

Great hotel, really far from the center (bus stop close by), but very quite. Designed, large, cool room. Good restaurant. We really liked it!!! Good price for this high standard. We definitely will choose this hotel and other AC Hotels again!!!

We travel quite extensively for both of our careers and this is the type of hotel we stay in when traveling for work. The hotel is very nice, very close to the airport and not a bad place to stay on holiday in Pisa if you have a car. If I were traveling on business, this hotel would definitely be highly recommended. For holiday, not my first choice. Having said that, almost all of the hotels in Pisa were sold out, so this was a great choice. Very clean and modern with great service.

Hotel staff excellent regarding rooms restaurant etc but some front desk staff brusqe and with a disinterested attitude to guests. My daughter called a 'collect' business number in the US and was charged for this on her bill. On discussion with the front desk staff they insisted it had to be paid for and seemed ignorant of what a 'collect' call was. Rather disconcerting in what is after all a mainly business hotel. Getting back to the hotel in the evening after a night out was extremely difficult as taxis were sparse to say the least and in spite of hotel staff insisting it was a 5 minute wait for a taxi at the hotel we waited more than 20 minutes on several occasions.

The hotel was very nice, but the location was a bus ride away from central Pisa, not just a few minutes away. The staff was very unfriendly, claiming they had no maps or info on how to get there on check in. (There was one excellent young man who came out and not only produced a map, but ended up on the same bus we rode an was very helpful.) We had requested a twin room for our grown sons, and they would not put them in one because the only clean one was on another floor. They ended up sharing a king, which was okay, but not as requested.
